 I'm gonna let you know right now, I'm loving this look. Especially on Leighton Meester. She is rocking it the most fierce IMO. Loving her tailored cropped slacks. I like AnnaLynne's look too with her leather jacket and the pop of color on her shoes, and I probably like Winona's look the least. She's just looking a little sloppy in this pic. Anyhoo, I think sporting a necktie can give a suit or a blouse and pants an unexpected chic look for us girls. I actually already own two neckties (polka dot and striped) and these pics are giving me all kinds of fever! I'm already working out outfit combinations in my head. Is Vivica Fox Engaged?

Well, according to US Weekly and the NY Post she is...

Vivica A. Fox is off the market! The former Curb Your Enthusiasm actress, 46, got engaged to Atlanta club promoter Omar "Slim" White over the holidays, the actress' rep confirms to the New York Post's Page Six.

White, 27, reportedly popped the question on December 26 with an 8 carat ring while the two were staying at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach, Florida.

Fox showed off her brand new bling when the couple, who have been dating for just over a year, hit up LeBron James' 26th birthday party at Coco de Ville at The Gansevoort in Miami Beach, Florida on Thursday.

"My career has been my baby for such a long time and I've done well by that," Fox told Wendy Williams in December. "I waited for God to send me a good man, and he's a good Southern man."

This will be Fox's second marriage; she wed singer Christopher Harvest in 1998, though they divorced four years later.

Toni Braxton to Star in a New Reality Show in 2011?

Toni Braxton is the latest celebrity to open her home to reality television cameras.

Braxton, the Grammy-winning singer of "Un-Break My Heart" and "You're Makin' Me High," will appear in "Braxton Family Values" on the WE network starting in April. Braxton's sisters – Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar – are all aspiring singers.

The dynamic of Toni's sisters trying to follow the 43-year-old Braxton into show business – with varying levels of success – appealed to WE executives. The network's research indicated that programs about families, often with a humorous touch, is a niche worth exploring.

The WE network appeals chiefly to women, and with Oprah Winfrey's new OWN network going on the air last weekend, it is looking to sharpen its focus for viewers. The network said it will emphasize programs that feature families.

Oprah Launches her OWN Network

Oprah Winfrey's network has begun not with a bang but with redeclared purpose by the Queen of Daytime for her new round-the-clock cable channel venture.

After years in the planning and months of hype, the moment of launch on Saturday at 12 noon EST was rather quiet.

Buried in the middle of a holiday weekend (though boasting the numerically catchy date 1-1-11), The Oprah Winfrey Network, or OWN for short, arrived free of glitz with a one-hour preview special hosted by Winfrey, host of the syndicated "The Oprah Winfrey Show." She offered a hearty overview of the live-your-best-life fare she will curate across the network's schedule in the days ahead and further down the line.
